Order Your Labs Without Needing A Doctor's Script

Life's Healthiest and Purple Wing Therapy have partnered with Rupa Health, a leader in direct access laboratory testing to offer patients another option for running your own lab-work without having to pay for a doctor's visit to request a script for labs.

Insurance: You are able to submit a Superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement. For all orders placed after 9/21/22, patients will be emailed pre-filled Superbill templates which will come from Rupa Health, once they pay for their test order in full.

Rupa Health has created a resource for patients to create their own Superbill that includes step-by-step instructions. Patients are welcome to reach out to Rupa Health's support team and we are happy to provide them with CPT codes and practitioner information.
